Feature Spotlight: Exporting from TimeKron into Payroll

TimeKron features a easy-to-use, yet robust exporting system. This allows you to export to most major payroll systems, including PayChex (new!),  QuickBooks, ADP, PeachTree, and CheckMark. You can also create your own export templates to be exported into your own payroll software. Submitted time, un-submitted time, and approved time can be exported into these different payroll programs.

  1. What about vacation time? What good is a payroll report that doesn’t include vacation time and other paid time? Also how about having the ability to change the column headers to more meaningful titles?

  2. Also, we cannot export project/job information from TimeKron to Softtime. We have been dealing with Ray trying to get an answer since December 2008. Can’t seem to get a return call. We installed this software in August and are still struggling daily with operations. Would definitely never purchase or recommend.

  3. Also, in using the biometric time clocks, employee punches are lost or missing. Have about half of our workforce clocking in with passwords which totally contradicts the reasoning for using the biometric system.

  4. WE sincerely apologize for this. I have reported this to the president and he was infuriated. He told me that we DO NOT want any unhappy customers and we will get on it immediately. Some things like this fall through the cracks and we will fix this. By Tomorrow. Please expect a call from either ME or Ray (Preferably me).

I am glad you brought this to our attention. Without customers like you, we wouldn’t know the negative sides of our business, costing us to lose money.

Thank you and I am sure you will be fully satisfied.

  5. Forgive me but I will not be holding my breath. It has been an ongoing issue. I have two companies with employees who go home to spouses and criticize your program. One advised their employer against purchase due to our ongoing troubles. Contact is sparse and response time is slow. I would LIKE nothing more than to speak with your President directly. Have him call.

  6. Don’t worry, your issue will be handled immediately. I have spoken to you in the beginning, when everything was ok. I then got moved into a new position, and that’s where it dropped off. We will deal with this 9:00 tomorrow morning. You will have a solution. Guaranteed.

  7. No contact yesterday… none expected.

  8. After an hour long meeting with ten of our top staff members concerning your project status, we have concluded that we will be taking this issue offline and we will handle your situation in a one-on-one manner. Your situation is seemingly unique and we aim to find a solution, but we will need more information than we can get from a blog comment dialogue. Rest assured that our president has assigned engineers to resolve this situation and looks forward to a positive resolution in the near term.
